ConvertChats utilizes official Meta Business APIs (including WhatsApp Business API and Messenger API). Data processing via these channels is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms.
2.2 Third-Party Telegram Integration
Telegram functionality is provided through third-party integrations and unofficial API bridges. ConvertChats is not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC. By using this integration, you acknowledge that data is routed through third-party infrastructure.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account Information: Usernames, business emails, and contact details.
- Communication Content: The text, media, and metadata of messages exchanged between your sales managers and clients via connected platforms.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser types.
- Analytics: Interaction metrics, response times, and sentiment analysis scores.
4. USE OF DATA
Data is processed to:
- Provide real-time oversight of sales team communications.
- Maintain client interaction histories within the CRM.

By accessing or using ConvertChats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and MIAORA CRMS LLC SOC.
2. SERVICE SCOPE & INTEGRATIONS
Official Channels: ConvertChats uses official Meta APIs for WhatsApp and Messenger.
Third-Party Channels: Telegram connectivity is facilitated via third-party integrations. Use of these unofficial bridges is at your own risk.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features based on changes to third-party API policies.
3. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR USAGE & NICHES
MIAORA CRMS LLC SOC provides the technical infrastructure for communication monitoring. We assume no responsibility or liability for:
- The industry, market, or niche in which the Client operates.
- The legality of the Client's monitoring of its employees or managers under local labor laws.
- The specific content or ethics of the messages sent via the platform.
4. DISCLAIMER ON ACCOUNT BLOCKING & BANS
Messaging platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram) enforce strict anti-spam and automated messaging policies.
- No Liability for Restrictions: MIAORA CRMS LLC SOC is not responsible for any phone number blocks, account suspensions, "shadow-bans," or permanent bans imposed by third-party platforms.
- Assumption of Risk: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their messaging volume and content comply with the Acceptable Use Policies of Meta and Telegram.
- No Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for service interruptions caused by third-party account restrictions.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the UAE, MIAORA CRMS LLC SOC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from the use of the Service.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MIAORA CRMS LLC SOC from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from the Client's violation of third-party platform terms or local privacy regulations.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
